Meet our founder
Biography
Over 30 years of experience in the construction sector has shaped my career. I began as a licensed electrician and eventually established my own general contracting business. My initial project, the redesign of a small bathroom, served as a catalyst for this shift. This project provided valuable insights into client collaboration, budget management, subcontractor coordination and client collaboration. This initial project launched my general contracting career.
Subsequent projects have included home additions, full home remodels, and complete rebuilds. These experiences allowed me to refine my ability to blend materials, textures, colours, and shapes, creating spaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. I approach general contracting as an art form, viewing each project as an opportunity to create something timeless and valuable.
Understanding clients' needs and preferences is a cornerstone of each project. I pride myself and helping clients realize their creative potential, whether designing a functional family home or a luxurious retreat.
One of my most significant projects involved a comprehensive home renovation project in Toronto. The project included:
- Designing a legal basement for income, an in-law suite, or entertainment.
- Creating an open-concept main floor with modern amenities.
- Developing a luxurious master suite and additional bedrooms with private bathrooms.
- Incorporating a stylish second-floor laundry room and a third-floor terrace.
- Landscaping the backyard to enhance overall appeal.
This project, completed within a strict budget and timeline, demonstrates my ability to transform challenges into opportunities. It ultimately resulted in significantly increasing the home's value, and an eventual sale that significantly benefited the client.
